✅ Return Eligibility

  • In original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals
  • No signs of hashing, installation, or wear
  • Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used, powered-on, or modified mining devices
  • Open-box items or products with missing packaging
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, overclocking, improper installation, or handling
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day window

🔄 How to Request a Return

  2. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Repack the item securely in its original condition
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided in the RMA instructions
